Just cleaned off the goo that had leaked into the cubby under the screen. Was fairly easy to remove with 70% rubbing alcohol. I have been using reflextix (sp) to block the heat from the sun on the dash. Will see if I get any more leakage this summer.

Maybe cold gas thrusters, similar to those used for steering on the falcon nine, positioned around the perimeter of the engine bay could create enough acceleration to settle the liquids.

I watched the last launch on Spacex.com and I assume Starship 2 will air on their website too. I don't care to listen to the motor mouths on SFN. The last launch, SES 03B is still viewable on the website.

Water cooled steel plate below the orbital mount seems like a possible remedy to me. I have no expertise in this field but if the steel plate was dome shaped it seems that less energy would reflect back towards the base of the rocket.

I voted Columbia Falls MT. Super 1 store has plenty of parking and is close to Glacier Park and Big Mountain. There is also a Super 1 just South of Whitefish that has good parking.

It is called Thompson Pass and is closed in winter. There is an interesting free museum with cafe in Murray, 1st town westbound after crossing the pass. There is a campground there also but don't know if it has 50amp service. Beware of deer on the Montana side of the pass.

waze for tesla has a wind speed/direction bug but I found it wasn't very accurate. I would prefer an airspeed indicator like I have on my truck that I tow my rv with. Gives me real time info.
