On 11/1 I got a 2021 VIN at 7pm CST, I had refreshed my profile page about 15 minutes prior, and searched source code for a VIN a couple hours before with no results. On 11/10 got my 2022 VIN, around 3-330pm CST, again I had refreshed the profile approximately an hour prior.

Not sure if 11/18 delivery counts as a recent delivery anymore but mine is the older style.

Crazy, we were ordered within a few days, identical config, rejected a 2021 at same time, I've had my 2022 now for almost 2 weeks and you don't have a VIN. How can it be that different?

Not 48A if it's plugged into 14-50 as you need to de-rate to 80% for a continuous load. Hardwired it can do 48A on a 60A circuit, if plugged in to a 14-50 or 6-50 it needs to be limited to 40A.

Scheduled my delivery for 11/19. If all goes to plan that will be approx 6.5 weeks from order to delivery for MYP Blue/Black/Tow, including rejecting a 2021 VIN which slowed it down by about a week.

Setup the actual delivery appointment today! 11/19, can't wait! We'll see if it shows up early again, not sure I'll be able to hold off.

My 11/3/2020 delivery (last year) of my LRMY was only 'missing' the passenger side sill plate (its black and says Model Y).

Crazy, no way mine was made for me though, the end of the window now is 12 days out, it took 13 days from Fremont to MN last year for my LRMY.

MN might be different but around here it's your address, so that wouldn't change anything.

It's generally accepted as healthy around here up to the threshold of approximately 5000x/day, so make sure to wait an average of 17.29 seconds between refreshes and you're good to go.

Agree to disagree. Tesla was $41k, Vroom $46.5k, Carmax $58k for my 2021 MYLR with 20k miles. Red/Black/Tow. Carmax is pretty great in my eyes lol.

My experience with Carmax from one month ago disagrees with your guess. Yes they sell well, a year newer, apples to apples, will ALWAYS be worth more. Carmax told me the newer model year was worth an extra $5k to them at that time.

I was fully aware of the potential outcome and am still happy with my decision. Resale. I don't hold vehicles long and it will have an impact on value 1-3yrs down the road. I have a vehicle to drive for now so waiting a little bit isn't the end of the world, it also nets more time to understand...

I had a 2021 VIN on 11/1, vehicle was born 11/1 but must have already been in production before that. Others got 2022 VINs the same day. Website delivery showed December for new orders so I wasn't too worried about a push out. They unassigned my 2021 VIN and put me on a 1 week hold (until 11/11)...

I might be the furthest out MYP right now, still sitting at 2/6-3/6. Maybe something will update after 11/11 which is when the hold was to end?

I was on hold due to that same reason, took it off yesterday and for now it says TBD for EDD...

You will have to pay the new price as newly configured. Tow can be installed after the fact for approx $1300 after tax by Tesla at a service center. So if the price of the car has gone up $1k and you lay $1k for tow, that's $700 more than leaving it alone and having the hitch installed after...

What do you see now? They put me on hold for 7 days due to my same vin getting reassigned twice in the same day.

I'm closer to 1-3 years for most of my vehicles, the MYLR was 11 months. It wasn't planned that way but having a newer model year netted a significantly higher offer from Carmax ($5k more than I paid when new) since it was still the current model year in production.
