Noticed that you are going to have a bunch of telemetry data. Is it possible to have the battery temp up near the battery on the main screen? Instead of having to always go in and manually check, it would be cool to just have it available all of the time.

What really helped me is when I left it on percentage. Its kind of like using a laptop or cell phone; you dont track how many minutes you have left, you just plan to charge when you need to.

I'd be interested to understand why the Engineers designed it that way. It seems like if it was net less efficient to drive in chill mode in very cold temps, at the very least the energy app would say so. Then again, the energy app is also not saying to use chill mode when its very cold.

At a certain point when its cold enough the heat pump cant pull heat from ambient air. I'm guessing 10C is probably still warm enough where the car doesnt have to spend time heating the battery. I wonder what the temperature cut off is for that? It would be cool to get that scanner in a colder...

This is a stupid question, but how do I turn on seat warming and steering wheel to “auto” in the Tessie app? I can find it in the regular Tesla app. Did they not open this up in the api?

Wipers have not really improved as far as I can tell. That, along with wipers being innefective that far up on the model Y windshield makes it a real pain. I am not sure how something like this can get by a huge company like Tesla, but I bet they save enough money per car that they are willing...

I’m running into this now,too. I have it set only to be charged by 8am and to only charge during non peek which for me is between 11pm and 9am, and during the week it’s charging whenever it wants instead of waiting. I also have Tessie.

The iOS app is starting to recommend daily SOC levels. When you drag the charging up to 90 on mine, it says in a green tip area that it recommends 80 percent for daily. Anyone else getting this now? Model Yp here

Cant wait for the bluetooth update for Apple watch. Out washing the car etc, its nice to not have to run and grab the phone. Hopefully it wont drain the apple watch too much.

This happening to me occasionally as well; I do have Tessie, but am not using the features, just using the "be at 90 percent at 9am" function, the same as the Tesla app.

Doing all of that, what percent of degredation do you think you'd save in that battery pack over lets say, 3 years? someone charging to 90 percent in a cool climate, vs someone charging to say 60 percent? I we thinking a 5 percent savings?

Thanks for the data. Why reduce your SOC by so much to limit wear so you keep range capacity you arent using in the first place? Heat is kept down simply by limiting how often you supercharge. Cant help time.

You do have autopilot. The Cruise control and basic lane following is "Autopilot". What you dont have is the lane changing, auto park which is enhanced auto pilot,, and further the full self driving package, which is supposed to allow you to navigate city streets eventually.
