Used the nuts that came with the spacers

15k miles and I'm at 295

This is with spacers. I'm going to take them off since the lugnuts on the spacers are a little smaller than the stock ones so they started to dig into the wheels. Could be solved with bigger lugnuts but I'm swapping in my winter set soon so I just removed the spacers.

In that pic they don't have spacers, I ended up using 20mm spacers on the rear to push them out a bit. Looks better now.

Just did this on my 3. Remove all the plastic as shown in the video, then there are two torx bolts that hold the camera cover in place.The plastic cover will drop and you will have access to the glass and cameras. No need to remove the center weight or drop the cameras down. (pic is from a model S)
