Having the same issue, just called the Dedham store and was told their systems are swamped, wait 2-3 hours and be worried if nothing after 24 hours.

We have about 14 people at Dedham so far!

PlugShare also is showing AutoServ Nissan in Tilton with a charging location. There are a few restaurants near by as well to give you something to do while charging. Either way, might want to give them a call first before you stop by.
