Good Friday/Easter 2022 was the start of the busy Supercharge/Holiday experience. this was before the Model Y and we waited a few times along the Hume. It was not bad 10min max.. and then Boom.. July/Aug comes the Model Y and well now it will be catchup for a few years

They could of done this when then Y was released thus dropping the RWD price buy $500 and putting it in the price range where people would be able to get the state EV rebates, then after the car is delivered go and buy one.. if the rebates were around $3000, then you would of saved $2500..

What’s in it for the Motor clubs ? .. most of the money for new chargers is coming from joint ARENA funding? Once the petrol stations start deploying a lot more chargers will they keep these around of sell them off ?

The positive aspect with the LFP is you can safely charge to 100% every night, So your getting more real world usage daily. Where NCA is still suggested 80-90% for daily, 100% for road trips

Ha I was at Geelong today as well and it was stuffed. I went to 1a and plugged it and did not work.. moved up to 1c and all I got was 30kw.. as we had lots of charge it was more a Red Rooster toilet break for the kids and left after 15min, but something weird with Geelong today

Yes, its 5 min off the free and 5 min back onto the freeway. If it were in the middle of town it would be 10/15min

I disagree on this one. Its a 5 min walk to Hungry Jacks, KFC, 5 min across the road the Plaza, Coles, Woolies heaps of food (it does shut around 10pm). If charging " in hours" you have all the shops there. Super Cheap, Spotlight, Anaconda, BCF.. easy to kill 30-50min. I have to say Bendigo is...

Looks like the Australian Tesla model 3 website have been updated to match the made in China models, so I guess I might end up with a MiC model..
