Approved bodyshops have been able to put cars into service mode since mid 2019. Interestingly, mine has also chosen to remove the speed limiter when they put it into service mode (because that's needed to move a car in and out of a workshop to replace the front bumper)

Yeah, i called them as soon as I got the text through about the delay as I'm supposed to be away with work Thurs/Fri next week, they originally had me down as late on Thursday but seemed very amenable to making the change to 1030 in the morning.

@Mr Miserable are we likely to see Glovis Crystal hanging about where she is for some time yet? Quick and dirty maths would suggest she’s approx 1500miles from Zeebrugge - so even a relatively relaxed cruise at 15kt would get her to Zeebrugge by Sunday afternoon. Any thoughts?

It’ll be interesting to see if the camera problems are still there on the batch of cars due to arrive imminently off Grand Aurora or the next ones on Glovis Crystal and RCC Amsterdam. There must have been a point where they noticed a problem and corrected it surely?

Are they planning to communicate this properly? Haven’t heard a thing from them re my collection....although going by previous communications (or lack of) I suspect I probably won’t! This forum seems to be a more reliable source for info than Tesla themselves!

Another good one to use is calimoto - designed for motorbikes but gives you some pretty cool options to determine level of “twistiness” you want when planning an A-to-B ride/drive but also you can just tell it to find a route in a general direction on the compass and it will plot something for you.
