The weather stripping in the door of my S is getting pushed up by a little rubber block. I’ve pushed it down once or twice before and it seems like it just comes back up with the window eventually. Do I need this thing in there or can I just take it out? See photos

I noticed some light leaking from the right side of the yolk controls. See attached photo. Has anyone else seen this or any ideas if there’s something I can tighten to fix it?

A friend with a plaid S that he got about six months ago does not have the sound. Maybe we can narrow down the problem little bit more. Mine is a 2022 model year. Does everyone with the sound have a 2022?
