My power strut was replaced to the new type that has the O ring, back in January. It unfortunately failed again, and was replaced for another one just yesterday. They've packed grease round the O ring this time. I've attached a pic of the first replacement. It's O ring looked a bit ropey to me.

A tip for using the phone by voice command,especially for contacts with unusual spellings e.g. Hollie not Holly. Just say " call" then spell the word. E.g. "call H.o.l.l.i.e". Or "call m.u.m" otherwise if you say call mum, it'll complain about not being able to find "mom".
