Got my Performance delivered today, arrived about 10am and the handover was fine. A handful of minor things but overall happy. A dirty hand mark on the pillar inside but came off with a wet wipe. Panels and paint seem to be ok. Only exception are that all the door handles seem to have different...

Interesting that my various texts from Tesla say from 8am to end of day tomorrow but I've just had an email that says 7am. I presume they are not really going to turn up at 7am but we'll see.

Just had the invoice email. Getting very real now! Sent a test payment first. How long does it take to show in the Tesla account?

My collection from Trafford Centre has now been changed to home delivery. They originally offered 23rd, 24th, 25th. I couldn't do 23rd so picked 24th for collection. Delivery is 25th so not a bad result all in all.

After a quick email to them about the change of location I got the offer of a home delivery.

When I originally ordered it was for a Leeds collection which changed to Manchester in the texts. I booked a delivery there even though it is a bit of a pain but I also emailed them asking about a home delivery. Just had an email back saying they could deliver and asking for my address. Not sure...

They did the same to me in switching from Leeds to Manchester.

Collection booked, 24th June (couldn't do 23rd) at the Trafford Centre (which is marginally more difficult then the Leeds location I had entered when I ordered).

Order mid-Dec, was immediately matched but wasn't in a position to take the car until my existing lease ended. I called and they unmatched me and put a hold on the order. After seeing the delivery estimates change to May I called again and Tesla confirmed that my order was showing as available...

Just rang Tesla who confirmed a May revised delivery estimate for my M3P ordered in December. I now need to decide whether to try and tough it out without a car after the current one goes back next month or not. I'll probably look at Onto or similar.

Well that was super-easy. I called the number on the account page and they basically said yes no problem we'll unmatch until January. I also emailed earlier with the same information although was probably best calling. Hopefully this will work!

De-chrome definitely suits the white. I think maybe the blue looks better with chrome than the black though.
