Hi guys I have repaired a m3 But have an issue with sensor so decided to take it to Tesla in the UK They have refused to work on the car because it is “unsupported” Is this true or are they just trying to mug me off

I tried it today at a shell recharge ccs charger that had the capacity of achieving 150 kWh - I got 50 max lol This was in UK

No airbags were deployed on my m3 which is a salvage However supercharging is not enabled Can anyone in the uk clarify the position on rapid charging? Also if I go to a supercharger and use the AC plug option - would this work and would it charge at the 120kw rate

Please correct me if I’m wrong but from reading over this topic.. Tesla has restricted 3rd party rapid charging So for example Shell recharge here in UK offer speeds of 150kwh - I will never get this speed in my salvage m3 because Tesla have capped it?

I’m confused - have Tesla disabled fast charging from 3rd parties I’m in the UK

Thanks for your response. i cleared the crash data, but the air bag light is till showing on the screen How can i clear this?

The airbags were not deployed so I’m using the module does not need to be replaced

A little bit of digging tells me it’s the wiring under the drivers seat. Has anyone sorted this successfully - apparently it’s a common issue

I’m expecting to receive my vehicle from the garage within the next week.. How do I update the software, obviously I’m going to be several versions behind? Do I just take the car home and connect to WiFi?
