Make sure to actually get a long range and not a 100D. Just drove one for a few days as a loaner and it's no more efficient then my 85D...heck I'd say less efficient due to the added weight. Was getting similar efficiency numbers on my daily routine trips.

Looks to be within spec by Tesla standards. All joking aside, I bought the cheap one with no pull handle, just a lip underneath to pull on, from Amazon and have bee happy with it. Ok quality, blends in with the cheap plastic down there, lol.

Dunno. My windows must be aligned right cause I get very little wind noise. I shoved some 1/2in foam behind the upper corner of both driver and passenger sides to help it seat better since I noticed a lot of air movement in that area and it seemed to help.
