Yup, noticed tha same bug. Also, the Tesla Favorites Icon Tile graphic goes to generic with every update as well. You have to go to top stations, locate the nice looking tesla favorites tile tap it unstar and star it again in order to get the pretty tile back on your favorites streaming...

Hi Everyone. I am another victim of this problem. Photos attached. I have contacted Tesla to see what they intend to do about this tire failure at less than 23,000 miles. My guess is the extreme heat caused the foam to become unglued . This is clearly manufacturing defect on Michelin’s part.
