I do not know what happened for you. But I got my VIN this afternoon finally, for a delivery in Belgium. So either it is a VIN from the Theben, or it is due to somebody from the Glovis Splendor who refused ?

This is also what I believe/hope... Given the current position of Theben, I would rather expect the VIN allocation this week

When do we expect the VINs of the cars on the Theben to be communicated ? The VINS allocated so far are only for the cars on the Glovis Splendor ?
