I just looked. With over 90% TSLA i my account I can borrow 35%. If I had been more diversified the limit would have been 50% of my TSLA value. I plan to use max 4-5% of my total each year so it looks like I have plenty of security margins here.

Or maybe a credit limit at my broker can be used in these situations? I plan to get one approved. I just haven't decided how much I should get. Definitely less than 50% - perhaps 20% could be reasonable?

This could be handled differently on various projects. Tesla could own the system. Or some other transport company. Or perhaps municipal owners. And the owners could run it. Or get fees from another company running the system. Tesla could do this part too.
