This worked for me today. Eventually it did re-connect to my home network (which I have set to WPA2). Now everything is fine except for the previously discussed SSID broadcast. Not the end of the world I guess since everything else works.

Ah, great point. I hadn't considered the need for it to broadcast for the other wall connectors. You're absolutely right - this is an easy code change they could make, if power sharing is not enabled, stop broadcasting SSID.

I wouldn't be so sure you won't have it by the end of the month. It only takes these guys a couple of days to transport the cars to Seattle area from Fremont. Mine left Fremont on 18th, arrived in Bellevue on the 20th around noon. It was inspected, detailed, and delivered in about 24 hours.

Really odd how we're getting different behaviors. I've charged 3 or 4 times now, and the standby state is always 5 green LEDs. Oh well. If it isn't broke, don't fix it, right? ;)

Quick update on this, as I received my car yesterday. Everything works great! The car immediately started charging at the full 48A. Shows a rate of 45mi/hr. So, the 5 green LED lights seem to be the new norm in terms of standby state on a 60A circuit. At least in my case. Unclear to me...

You can also get in touch with your SA or local Service Center, and ask them to look up the build sheet for your car, now that you have a VIN. They will be able to confirm if it does in fact have it.

5YJ is prefix of all vehicles made in USA. The 9XX VINs have generally been indicators of heated steering wheel included, at least for LR models. FWIW, I confirmed my 927XXX VIN will in fact have the heated steering wheel.

FWIW, I woke up yesterday to it saying "2 to 4 weeks from order date". Around mid-day it changed to a date range (03/20-27). This morning I woke up to a VIN, and the date shifted slightly to 03/23-29.

Now I just need to see if I’ll have a heated steering wheel. My VIN starts with 927, so really hoping it does.
