So, they swapped out the "car computer", which fixed the camera and cruise control/autodrive, but FSD disappeared. The person at the service Center told me that I should wait a few days and it would come back. Obviously it didn't, so I made a new appointment. In the meantime, the holiday update...

Tried that, reboot (“reset tire size”), re-install current SW. Did not fix for me.

Same with me. ‘change tire size’ reset fixed it for a day, now it is back to no cc/ad/ap. StrangeLy, it randomly worked for a single drive last night home from movie theater. Have a (I am sure useless) serv appt Tue.

I reinstalled to no avail. it has not worked on well-marked roads, l(mired access highways, ANYWHERE. Then, randomly it worked for ONE drive last night from the movie theater home. Again, dead this AM. Service mode is all green, just “view” external cams are black Still.

For 2 days. Now back to the same problem’ no autopilot, no cruise, everything green in service mode. BUT when I preview the cameras in service mode or just the regular menu, only the cabin one shows a picture. The rest are blank. I verified at least the side and rear cams work through blind spot...

Thank you. The tire type/size change reload actually fixed the problem for me. Thanks to everyone for their suggestions.

@terraform was this a current SW re-install or factory reset? Tesla tech is suggesting a factory reset, which I am hesitant to try. Thanks.

I had the same issue, but found the stupidest-sounding fix here, and it worked. Park, open and close each door and both *runks. Fixed my broken cruise control, auto-lock and FSD. I know how idiotic it sounds, believe me..

Wow! THANK YOU, @Waiting4MYLR ! The Tesla service center was stumped and this silly but effective fix solved it for me. No cruise control, autosteer, or FSD. Opened and closed each door and trunk/frunk and all of a sudden they all work.

Same problem with iPhone 11. Other audio works fine, though I had an intermittent problem one time with no audio with FM radio, but it went away the next time I got in. V2020.48.30
