Looks like overspray. A clay bar can remove it. I’d take it to the SC if the MY is new to have them fix it. I had overspray from the factory and underneath was light surface scratches.

Sorry. It was repaired at the SC. That was the explanation of service performed. The SC ended up replacing much of the trunk lining because it was damaged in the tear down to get to the sub.

I actually put the Tesla OEM PPF over the Xpel Ultimate Plus PPF. The OEM PPF is thicker and seems more ridged than the Xpel. It might handle the high impact area better. The plastic rocker board is absolutely sand blasted. There‘s no way it could be painted without serious protection.
