Hi Dss33. Exactly, which is why they should have a customers care team with unassigned reserved cars set aside for many possible errors to help and also for super VIP customers to deal with many challenges. Many other companies even with less challenges also do this. Thanks.

I feel bad for many folks who ordered earlier but might be overlooked which is clearly not "within specs" and should be notified to the right customers care team to help escalate. Those reserved vehicles to can be delivered within 2 days. Better customers care benefits us all. I can give up...

Should n't there be a customers care team you can contact to fix these oversights? Vehicles of same color and configurations are made in batch per week. They should reserve some for customers that had ordered earlier to fix assignment errors in any system.

Someone suggested to use your current insurance with your current vehicle VIN and update the VIN later do you can complete this phase. You can also ask your SA. I think the important part is that you current have insurance and can insure the new vehicle. Best wishes.
