I had to turn mine off and change the password for them to access.

    CCS Adapter - ?

Glad I requested FedEX, I know DHL has higher fees and I've haven't been to impress with service here in Vancouver.

    CCS Adapter - ?

Quick update, received my adapter today. Since I shipped to my BC, Canada address via Fedex, I had to pay duties/Taxes. It came to $52.45, which $10 was the Fax ROD fee. Quick service and got my adapter in about a week. Paid my dues to support Canadians ;) 04/20 - Ordered via Harumio 04/21 -...

    Model Y Windshield Wait

Lol still no reply from JF Vision actually. I ended getting it replaced at Tesla on 4th. I called ICBC to make sure I will get reimbursed and then made an appointment with Tesla. There was able to secure a windshield for me rather quickly, might of lucked out on the shipment. Just make sure you...

How to purchase Replika R241 rims in the USA

For us Canadians who order items for USA, we have parcel forwarders who charge a fee to reship items to your address. Another option is order the items and ship to Canada border parcel holding company ie: Vancouver and drive over the border to pick the item up. If you have a Canadian friend who...

Model Y SR has 980 Motor

When you take off your rear driver side wheel you can see the engine from the axle. There should be a plate on it which will tell you.

Model Y SR has 980 Motor

Having a 980 also opens up the opportunity for some performance updates if Tesla does release one like they did for the Model 3 or 3rd party "Ghost" unlocks. I believe this motor also has a bigger inverter to drive it as well. Wondering if any other SR owners have the same motor as well?

    Model Y Windshield Wait

I've been waiting too in Vancouver, BC Canada. On a waitlist with our local Tesla approved glass shop and its been over a month waiting. Tesla definitely needs to work on their logistics for auto glass.

Model Y SR has 980 Motor

Discovered that my 2021 Model Y SR (Jan build) has a 980 motor. I found out while rotating my wheels the other day. Not sure if other SR owners have the same thing but happy to find this out the other day. Thought I share :)

I just ordered MY SR today (Feb22)

I would buy now if the rebate still available. The CEV rebate is very low at the moment, if you wait you probably won't get it. Other people in the forum already saying they might not get the rebate. I was lucky to pickup my SR MY a couple weeks ago.

Possible Price reduction for BC/ Canadian residents

Base Model Y, honestly for me it works well. I barely drive more than 60km per day and with charging at home I don't really have an issue with range. Weekends might be a bit more running around town but usually within 100km. I guess it depends what your needs are, as a commuting car around town...

Possible Price reduction for BC/ Canadian residents

It was a hard decision for me to, but at the end of it I was fine without the AWD and longer range. With the bump in luxury tax as well, the LR MY was almost 20k diff from the SR which was hard for me to justify.

BC CEV rebate fund topped up

1.8 mil as of today, probably be done by late March at this rate.

Possible Price reduction for BC/ Canadian residents

BC has the CEV program which qualifies for $3000 off the SR MY. However its down to 1.8m which is roughly 600 cars left. When I ordered my MY SR it was at 2.8mil. I think this rebate will dry up soon and not sure if it will be topped up again.

Canada $5000 federal incentive for Model Y?

I am curious on this as well. No update on my SR MY yet either. I am hoping the 5k incentive does stack with the BC incentive.

Canada $5000 federal incentive for Model Y?

Put in my order for SR Model Y a week after its release. Date was getting moved around now it doesn't list a date anymore. Hopefully will get the 5k rebate on top of the BC 3k.
