In a private party sale, if the original owner purchased Enhanced Auto Pilot (EAP), it will transfer to the new owner, correct? If so, can the new owner upgrade EAP to Full Self Driving (FSD) for the upgrade price of $5000, or will the new owner have to pay full retail ($10,000) for FSD? -
