Hi guys - hate to revive an old post, but how do you remove this rubber flap without cutting the plug? Should it pull up? I don't want to be too forceful.

The integration looks pretty natural to me! Great progress. Did you have to make any changes to the side leather pieces? As far as I could tell from the diagrams, the clips look the same. Also, imagine if you would have used the original frame, would the new sidewalls have fit on it?

I would love to try the summer tires from Michelin - using the All Season tires I took a hard turn on a wet road at around 45 mph and it stuck like glue
