Forgot to say, I have free unlimited connectivity. Since Mcu2 upgrade, netflix seems to place me in NL, guessing it must be a Dutch sim they use. Still nothing, total loss of connectivity, really frustrating.

SC said it will be a reconditioned pack with at least same range but werent willing to tell me what that range is nor what their process is of calculating it. How would i know if its a new vs reconditioned pack?

Quick update. SC confirmed HV pack needs replacing under the 8 year warranty. However they also told me the replacement reconditioned pack will only have remaining warranty balance of the current pack. Is this the norm? Maybe i misread one of the posts, but i thought there was a full year...

..hey ho, hey ho... off to SC we go.... gutted that i need to pay for recovery considering it looks like the HV needs replacing under warranty.

So, update time... car constantly reported 99% charge and yet the range kept dropping. Didnt make it in time to drive it to the SC. When i got home the car had completely shut off. Time for recovery.
