Hi @Chimpy McChimp where did you purchase the seat belt covers? I’m afraid I’m in the same camp as your wife. Drives me crazy when I’m driving and the seat belt keeps rattling. 😤

Any other recommendations from anyone? Sent a service request to Tesla but they have said they do not do refurb of wheels. Does anyone know what the guy in the trailer outside the Newbridge Tesla, with the guy in it, does. Is that smart repairs?

I experienced exact same after updating today. Changed station and then back to the one I was having issues with seems to have sorted it. Will check again tomorrow on my drive to work. @Dilly is yours still crackling?

Q4 delivery as well. I do get some sounds from the back when driving, which I had put down to the bags for life in the boot, or charger cable stowed in the underneath boot section. It could be from the back seat as you describe. Let us know how you get on.

Just done this in my MYLR I took delivery of before Christmas. Hopefully this explains why it seemed poor when defrosting the back window. Need a cold frosty morning to try this out now.

Insurance renewal with Admiral for MYLR came in at £385, paying via DD over 12 months. Annual cost was £370. This is with 13yrs NCB and Protected No claims bonus charge.

Has anyone used this on a car that is ceramic coated. Not sure how the ceramic coat would react with the blending solution that’s used to remove excess paint?

Fit is really good. I had genuine Tesla mats for my Model 3 and I would say these are just as good as those but obviously for Model Y. They come up at the sides slightly. I will take pics in the morning and post on here.

I have a set of Genuine Tesla Model 3 Carpet mats, in excellent condition, available for £40 if anyone is looking for a set (bought them for my M3 in 2021 but then surprised to find that they were supplied with the car).

Just used normal chat that appears if you go into inventory or order a new car.

I tried exact same tactic but got nothing. I collected on 14th having changed from 15th as Tesla contacted me with earlier delivery dates (14th was earliest, and now know why. )

Typical. I moved my collection from 15th to 14th as Tesla offered me an earlier date to collect. Now I know why. Spoke on chat, but they were having none of it. Not great customer experience.

It’s strange that all the recent pickups have USS and VINs much lower than the earlier deliveries. Get mine tomorrow and it’s a 542 VIN.

I’ve noticed similar in my M3, to the point I end up slightly squint when parked. Now I am aware of it I compensate for the skewed view.

Do you have the carpeted plastic in the back of your car? Curious as my VIN is close to yours and exact same spec.

I recommended the Spigen protector having installed them on my previous Model 3’s.

I asked this earlier this week and they told me I had to collect from the location on the inventory page. I did question it but they were adamant it had to be the location specified. Anyone know different?

I have VIN and collection date but no number plate. Collect 15th December. I got the text to book a collection date on 16th Nov. Was informed that number plate will be approx 2 weeks before collection. I would contact them.

Can’t be true as I have been told on a number of occasions that mine has, and not due to collect until 15/12.
