I’m the shop twice for the same issue. Service has been unbelievable in making sure that I get my car back as soon as possible. I have my car back and can confirm the errors went away and a module has been replaced.

Because if I have passengers in the backseat and I run out of the car for a minute or two, I should expect the air to work regardless of what “mode” I am in. This also brings up Cabin Overheat Protection issues I’m sure. Also, can’t have my mother in law in the back seat and put on Dog Mode…...

Poor design to show the fans blowing but no air coming out. Also poor function to not allow people in the backseat to get air without someone in the front. Doubt it’s even on the list.

Right. The front display needs to be on in order for the rear to blow air. Is there a known way to report bugs besides for the "bug report" voice command?

2021.24.4 is currently being pushed into wide release looks like. But barely any for a Refresh S according to TeslaFi.

What versions are we all on? I haven’t gotten one update since I picked up my car! Literally unusable.

So far I've had 0 updates come through to my car.

Car is uploading GIGS of data after each drive.

Dropped it off to Springfield on Wednesday August 18th at ~8:30-9:00am. I believe his color was midnight silver or black. They definitely said it was a sensor problem but that the car is so new that there could not promise an ETA to fix the issue.

I visited my local service center a few days ago, someone had their Plaid in for this exact issue. Unsure if it as fixed. Nice guy though.

Yeah have two holes. One on each side. Maybe places for screws? But if the screws are missing, should I not be driving? Also, there’s a loose nut behind the wheel…. Pun..

Ok so basically. I didn’t want to be the bearer of bad news with this new info coming to light. EDDs being pushed the way they are was what we discovered yesterday after 3 hours of digging. I have a more comprehensive right up coming soon. Just didn’t want to be “that guy” again.

Arrived at Tesla at 10:45am and left at 1:20pm. Needless to say I have a lot to say and many insights were shared. Need to wait a few days to really see what comes true and what doesn’t but I’ll write up something by the end of this week.
