You'd set up an account with whoever is actually servicing your loan. So if you have a Chase loan and already have an account with them, it'll just show up under your login.

In my experience with a MY I got texted a link to schedule (tesla.com/schedule/RNxxxx).

Check the waiting room threads. In general I think Tesla is doing west coast deliveries right now (starting with farthest from Ca). Vancouver folks are getting VINs, so us WA folk should be up next I imagine.
