Are there any confirmed examples yet of someone getting the upgrade installed and then actually getting access to Steam? My concern based on past history would be that people pay to get the upgrade installed, and then have to jump through another set of hoops to get the Steam software.

absolutely agree but have you tried messaging them in the mobile app? That pretty much always works for me.

I'm only talking about my own personal experience, which again has been excellent. And if it happens to my Plaid, I'll get it towed and fixed just like I had to twice with my Audi S6 and once with my BMW.

I’ve owned three, including a Plaid, and they have been the most trouble free cars I have ever owned (others have been BMW, Audi, VW, Honda, Acura).

If replacing the same part in a car multiple times seems unusual to you have obviously never driven a BMW.
