Actually yes, it is. I charged there several times and it subtracted some of my referral miles. I complained to Tesla Customer service, and they confirmed that charging is free there and my miles were refunded to my account.
Anyone else being charged to use these Superchargers? I thought the Florida Turnpike Superchargers were free. Telsa themselves verified to me that Ft. Drum was free.

Cracked mine yesterday. In Florida windshields are free if you have comprehensive but when I called Travelers, they said $500 deductible because it the roof. Tesla is charging me $1150 to replace it. I only have 800 miles on it :oops:
Much needed! I just got my M3 last month and took it on my first road trip from West Palm Beach to Disney. I was surprised to find the Fort Drum Supercharger completely full with four cars waiting:oops:
