No cameras, no GPS, no sleep, sometimes gets stuck in night/dark mode

Since mine reset (after I unplugged the USB) I plugged the USB drive back in and have not had any issues.

No cameras, no GPS, no sleep, sometimes gets stuck in night/dark mode

Yesterday (Wednesday), it just started working perfectly fine. But for those three days, the GPS, cameras, and autopilot didn't work. I did remove my thumbdrive the other day and did some restarts but that didn't appear to resolve anything. However, I left the thumbdrive out and now it works...

No cameras, no GPS, no sleep, sometimes gets stuck in night/dark mode

I had this exact same issue come up yesterday. I've got a 2021 MYSR with ~4,500 miles. What was your ultimate solution? I put in a service ticket today.

What if - Model Y SR or Model 3 LR AWD

They can (and will, eventually) but for now the existing Model Y production is (presumably) running at capacity. Until they get Germany and Texas facilities up and running to make more Model Ys, I don't see them swapping out higher revenue/margin product (LR and P) for lower revenue/margin...

What if - Model Y SR or Model 3 LR AWD

The MY SR is a bit of a unicorn these days. I agree with Ken_Y's speculation that it returns at a later date with the LFP battery but at a higher price. I just don't think it'll be Q4 since Tesla demand is already good through Q4 2021. I think it's late Q1/early Q2 2022 before it emerges...

    Caraoke not showing

I believe it's only available if you're paying the $10 a month for premium connectivity. Did your premium connectivity recently expire? https://www.tesla.com/support/connectivity

Standard Range in Existing Inventory all over U.S.

Ah, gotcha. Yes, you are right. Buying the LR over the SR does provide you with an additional motor and acceleration boost in addition to the range.

What's the updated trim? Yours should/will have the updated console with the leather and suede finish instead of the piano black.

On the Standard Range Model Y? It's only a single motor and no acceleration boost currently available.

Standard Range in Existing Inventory all over U.S.

Yes and I did. I know a lot of people say to purchase the "most range you can" but for someone like me who doesn't need range 95% of the time, it seems like an unnecessary premium of $10k+. I think an SRY for $39.9k is a screaming deal. Maybe I'll get lucky and it'll become a collectable as...

Standard Range in Existing Inventory all over U.S.

Took delivery of my Model Y SR yesterday. I spent a few minutes looking around the car didn't reveal any noticeable issues. I was about to drive away when I stopped to snap a quick picture. As I was taking a picture, I noticed a small dent on the front, driver-side fender. Like a golf ball...

Standard Range in Existing Inventory all over U.S.

Yup. I saw that earlier today too. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Looks to me like any and all inventory SR MYs that hit the Tesla site are now at $42,990.

Looks like they're hitting you with the price increase of the SR that were on again, off again, on again. It was my understanding that the $39,990 was a limited time and then they reverted some of these back to the $41,990 plus an additional $1,000 to account for two rounds of $500 price...

Standard Range in Existing Inventory all over U.S.

Someone reported this earlier but it looks like they've increased the base price of an SR Model Y from $39,990 to $42,990 on these.

    Might've been a 7 seater. I think that premium was $3k.

I'm with you on your logic. I seldom drive more than 150 a day. While range would be nice for that once-a-year trip, it's literally going to add a couple of charges to my schedule. Tough to warrant the extra $10k for that. That said, if someone were to drive 200+ miles per day on a regular...

I think I may have snagged it... I grabbed one with white exterior, black interior with upgraded wheels delivering to Tampa from Jacksonville.

    Charging Advice - ‘21 SR+

It's my understanding you'll need a valid credit card on file or, if you scored any free supercharger miles, it will auto-deduct the miles from your account. I drove out of my way to test a supercharger earlier this week and just plugged it into my car and I was good to go. Got done, unplugged...

Delivery / Service Issues (panel gaps, delivery delays / issues / Service problems etc)

Took delivery Saturday (3/27/21) - car is nearly perfect. No issues with exterior fits and finishes. Only a handful of very small issues, some of which have already been noted in prior posts. First, the doors needed to be pretty much slammed initially to shut. This seems to have been a...
