    Me too. I ordered the same and and had the same delivery dates. Now nothing. Terrible customer service.

    All this delay; they're going to lose orders made earlier when delivery was supposed to be by March 31. But worse, no customer service. No communication. It's very disappointing and it's something they'll have to fix soon because real competition is coming.

    I ordered a new model S in early February, right after they announced the refresh. I worked out a trade-in and got confirmations. It was quite easy. Delivery was to be between March 1 and March 31. Then, radio silence. No communication. None. Zip. Wait. Actually, yes there was communication...
