You may want to check out this thread. There are many of us in the same situation, and it doesn't look like it's going to be resolved any time soon. Many have gone to SC's and seen many Y's waiting for delivery, but there's a factory hold that's stopping all VIN's from being assigned.

It has the same effect as pushing the elevator button 32 times. There's a hidden number of pushes (or refreshes, in this case) that will send the system into overdrive. I've gotten up to 458 refreshes per day and have not triggered the overdrive yet. You have to keep believing!
