Exits and lane splits are marked differently, which is likely what you're experiencing. Interstate & state highways exits will have a broken lane line, where as a 1 to 2 lane split will not. The basic AP will not cross a line, which is likely why it held the lane in the Exit scenario.

Once you clean your underwear from a Phantom Braking Event, you can use the voice command "Bug report - Phantom Breaking just occurred...". That should send off the timestamp and details to Tesla auto-magically.

The Wall "Charger" is a Wire. All of the charging logic is in the Car. The Wall Charger will sense line faults, and overloads, and coordinate multiple chargers, but it doesn't CHARGE the car, nor does it stop the flow of electrons because 90% has been reached. It's not the wall charger unit.

As a couple of mentioned, supercharger.info has the pin in Uptown, it is also incorrectly mapped at Charlotte, NC - Northlake Centre Parkway Supercharger | Tesla ABRP is also incorrectly route planning to this supercharger as being located in Uptown.
