All right, thank you... At this point, I've reset the network, reconfirmed Bluetooth connections with other devices (such as Apple Watch), rebooted Tesla, restarted Info screen, uninstalled and reinstalled the Tesla app, did a clean pairing... A few of these steps I've done multiple times...

I upgraded to an iPhone 12 and it won't connect with Bluetooth...The system correctly sees the iPhone 12 as a new paired device, and shows a message to "Confirm [this number] is displayed on your phone" but nothing appears on the iPhone screen, so there is no way to confirm ... I have re-paired...

I saw in another thread that someone suggests going to Sounds & Haptics and setting Ringer & Alerts to very low and deselecting Change with Buttons... I tried this and got a volume bump just one time and since then the new settings seem to keep the volume under control... Downside is you risk...

Hi, thanks... Just on a whim I reset the center screen by holding down the two scroll buttons for ten seconds and then immediately I was able to view the DashCam footage, all of which was being saved -- I could view still shots on my laptop, just couldn't get Launch Viewer to display content...

@Surfit34 Tbh, the day before a VIN was assigned, an SA told me "there are no cars and it looks like end of June for delivery"... Then magically a few days after that I got an urgent msg to choose a delivery date...

@MrsLabib I find it a little troubling that, even though my Model Y has been delivered, I still wake up at midnight to check...the car's status...

Hi @srlawren, just curious, since we have sibling Model Ys, is your DashCam recording footage?... The Tesla USB drive is formatted and has been reformatted on the center screen, and the DashCam icon turns red, indicating recording mode, but the DashCam will not record any footage... Swapping in...

@srlawren Delivered to home address on Friday as promised... Trade-in went smoothly too... The left tail light has a significant gap, but other than that, so far so good... Hope you have a good experience tomorrow...

@srlawren Ours is 180,8xx ... I'm trying to think positively, imagining the frunk won't look like an elephant sat on the right side, the doors won't let in the wind when they are closed, the exterior paint will be dry to the touch... :)

Ordered April 3, paid in full April 26, delivery of Model Y with FSD expected April 30... Given the long wait times between order and delivery recently being reported by folks here, I wonder if I'm getting a vehicle that somebody else refused at delivery... I guess I'll have to get my checklist...

Thanks for the replies, it was a phishing email, I'm not sure how they knew the car actually car was en route to home delivery (maybe they were just guessing?), or how they got the email I associated with my account, but that's what led me to believe it was a genuine communication... I have 2FA...
