Simple, they put a note in the owners manual that says TACC and Autosteer are beta systems. In other words, use at your own risk; no liability issue for Tesla.

FYI, TACC is also beta per the owners manual.

Yes, they did... All new Model S and Model X, as well as all vehicles built for markets outside of North America, will continue to be equipped with radar and will have radar-supported Autopilot functionality until we determine the appropriate time to transition those vehicles to Tesla Vision.

Just throwing this data point out there...ordered my MY at the Temecula SC on 4/28 and my delivery data has been constant at 6/10-30.

Manage order page seems to be working now just slow to load.
