Exact same situation. Wire prices were a big factor. My guy said if I waited it could drop in price. I said nah I’m impatient.

If it makes you all feel any better, my window yesterday was June 10-30 and I got a VIN overnight.

No button for scheduling delivery either. I texted my SA (at 7:40AM....I'm sure he loves me) and I'll call the SC once it opens if I don't get a text notification/email notification to schedule before then. I've never gotten any automated texts from tesla so I'm a little wary of waiting around...

I get what people are saying -- you can still order a car. But account pages being down can impact things as well. Seems as though there have been impacts to authorization/authentication in the app as well. That's really concerning since the app controls so much. Tech stack should be robust...

These website issues are a little baffling to me -- if it's being DOS'd (either intentionally or unintentionally), you've gotta get on that. It's been 4 whole days. It's a bad look and is going to impact business at some point, if it hasn't already.

Even my SA who had been pretty upbeat about things has now moved to "I have no clue" (paraphrased). I'm hoping one of these outages on the web side is them moving some major component (VIN assignments) into place. A folly, I know, but I'm bargaining.

I got quotes via vroom and edmunds and kbb. Tesla beat them all (only by about $400) so I figure it’s easier to trade it to them anyway.

Sometimes you see this outage pattern in cyber attacks. The bad actors wear you down by causing disruption, let you get things back up and running after hours of chaos, and then hit at a similar time the next day. Or it could be some other craziness.
