The Rockville MD SC is a wasteland. And good luck getting help there on the phone or via email. That entire operation needs an overhaul. That said, they did do an excellent job prepping my car for delivery yesterday.

FYI guys picked up my car today and the "airbag scar" is still there. I personally do not care and barely notice it, but I know some would want to know if they ironed out that issue yet. My born on date was 7/8 by the way. The rest of the panel is flawless and TESLA embossing is crisp and even.

I’ve had a VIN since 7/8 (with shrinking EDD window) with a car confirmed at the SC last week and no delivery date in sight! Attempted calls, emails and visits to the SC have all come up empty. It’s almost like nobody at Tesla gives a s***! Oh wait…. and it is criminal that you don’t have...

Hahaha yes, except when you see a baked potato on the next table and your waiter says they don’t have baked potatoes there. Or, you’re waiting 15 minutes for your gin and tonic but your waiter is smoking a cigarette on the loading dock and can’t be bothered, then comes to check on the table...

Nope! Just the BS delivery range, my VIN and RN number... My car is confirmed at the SC also. No Appt, no payment, nothing new.

If you want my advice, I wouldn't, you'll just get pissed off. I walked into the Rockville SC yesterday (because my calls and emails were ignored of course) and they lied right to my face! Told me there was no issue, all deliveries were on schedule and nothing to worry about. Less than an hour...

So guys I am allegedly getting my LR in the next couple of days and will be back in NJ in 2 weeks. I will post up the specific dates as it gets closer. FYI I will be in the Livingston/Millburn area...I am happy to meetup somewhere within 20-30 min of there and that makes sense for the most...

Damn not me! I've legit gotten almost ZERO communication initiated by Tesla to me through this entire process. I've gotten 3 automated messages to review my lease agreement. I only know about my VIN by refreshing the site. No calls, no carrier pigeon, nothing. I call my SC and I get some assbag...

I was told tomorrow. I guess we will see. 🤷‍♂️ EDIT: I meant I was told that they arrive tomorrow

My VIN got assigned on the 8th also and the transport my car allegedly arrives on tomorrow, came from Chicago. They must have all rolled off the line about the same time.

Guys I’m on the road so I apologize if this had been asked/answered with regards to the hold. Has anyone who has already taken deliver been contacted about bringing their car in? Seems anything recently discovered that warrants delivery holds, is important enough to pull already delivered cars in.
