    Noticed today that the board of public utilities retweeted a news article saying that the program may not be adopted until after July 1st. Unsure if this article was saying July 1st would be the start date, or if July 1st would be the earliest possible, but it makes me curious on what the plan...

    Anyone able to explain the federal tax credit to me? Do I have to owe taxes at the end of the year to the feds? Or is it if I paid 3k in federal taxes I get 3k back? (such as work taking taxes from me) I've been trying to wrap my head around this for months now.

    My main breaker is 100A. I understand my electrician can do load calculations for a charger, I'm thinking of getting the Model 3 Standard Range Plus so I would only need the 40A breaker. My main panel is an older 100A breaker, but assuming 40A will be too much load with the rest of my breakers...
