Yes it’s been out about 4 months or so. It’s slightly more expensive. Nevertheless I will use this on all my future cars. The finish is so lustrous and hydrophobic. Looks like the car just got a nice ceramic coating.

I just got my Plaid covered with the new Suntek Reaction PPF. It has ceramic coating built into the material. I was a bit skeptical until I saw it completed. It has a higher gloss finish and is extremely smooth relative to either XPEL or the standard Suntek product. Total cost was 7K.

Hurucan Performante. The Lamborghini handles more precisely of course and the fit and finish are phenomenal but the overall acceleration and performance along with the technology of the Plaid puts in in a different in a different league than anything on the road

No contest I’m afraid. However the Lambo does attract a lot of looks. It’s exhaust note is also quite nice. The fit and finish is top notch given that Audi/ VW owns Lamborghini

Clearly the brakes don’t grab as quickl. It takes a bit more pressure on the brake pedal. I have not attempted todo any hard braking and will hold off until I get a bit more miles on them.

The horn button could be an issue in an emergency. Probably good to rest your right thumb on the icon so you don’t have to look for it.

Only issue is the inside rear door panels need a slight adjustment. front door alignment inside and out perfect. Rear door outside alignment also perfect.

After front license plate frame removed

A little wax finished the job. Looks perfect.

I used an adjustable wrench just to get it started. Then removed the screws by hand. Tough part was removing the frame that was glued to the bumper. Used a heat gun and gently separated the unit from the bumper. Peeled the warm glue with my fingers. Took about 15 minutes.

I removed the front license plate frame. Makes a huge difference

I will say once you take delivery of this car all of your frustrations with the ordering process will instantly disappear.
