Anyone notice squeaks coming from the stock shocks? Ive been lowered on eibach springs for about a year and a half and im noticing a faint squeak going over small bumps at times. Not 100% positive that its the shocks.

Thanks for the input. Maybe I should try with a trickle charger connected next time? I had to take my car in last month for them to diag the pcs and push the update and everything came back normal. As of today i am having the same issue with the newest update failing. 😞

I've a 2021 Model 3 Sr+, running a 1200rms amplifier for my subwoofer. Is there any benefit to running a farad capacitor? My car threw a code for low battery voltage or something along those lines once but everything checked out fine by a Tesla service centre, thankfully its never happened again.

Ive been having issues installing my recent update now tesla is saying it might be a pcs issue. I did install a 1000watt amp recently im hoping this didnt cause the issue. Im going to remove my aftermarket stereo and hansshow kit before i take it in to them.

Sounds good. They pushed the update through this morning and it failed again. I have an appt made for Thursday.

I have tried to “install update(2023.12.9)twice this month and failed both times. Never had this happen in the past, the only thing ive changed recently is ive added hansshow speaker activation, aftermarket amplifier,lc2i and subwoofer. Could this be related to power draw from the amplifier?

One more question. Do you keep your head unit bass volume at zero when setting tour amp gain?

Can anyone tell me at what point does the factory head unit start to clip? I cant hear it by ear even with volume at full. Im trying to dial in my new amp/ sub and i dont want to blow it.

So my creaking stopped as well. I think driving over frozen packed snow at my work parking lot knocked the spring into its seating area.

Lubricated the seating area for the spring. The creak is about 90% better but time will tell. Next step will be to re&re the spring.

Was this issue resolved? I'm having the same issue with my SR+ rear pass side creaking noise. Had my Eibach springs installed for about 3 months. Creaking stated a about 4 weeks ago.

How much less do the eibach springs weigh over stock springs for the SR +?
