    Low Voltage Battery

Well sir, changing the battery in the older model s is not a simple drop in. Severe risk of getting electrocuted if not very careful.

    Battery Drain

Sits under car port. Does have cabin overheat protection. Here's the results from sitting for 24 hrs. Not plugged in, no auto update enabled, no summon, didn't check Tesla app even once. Low and behold. Only lost 1 mile and went from 70% charge to 69% !!! First time ever!!! Wow. Wish I had...

Never ever use Beta Sentry mode. My S P85 was last run of the 2014 model year and has Beta Autopilot and Summon. NEVER enabled.

    Battery Drain

I can fully charge the battery, parked, and 24 hours later under optimal weather conditions, lose 20-26 miles. I think that's far too much given the low miles on the car

    Battery Drain

    24 hrs while parked.

    Battery Drain

I have a 2014 S P85. I'm losing on average 26 miles parked. Summon not turned on. My car came with Beta Autopilot and Summin features. Never turned on, not even once. While testing I didn't open the Tesla app once. Car has only 74,000 miles. I think this is unacceptable. Average temp during test...

Phantom battery drain - 30 miles per night

I tend to disagree. Respectfully. I have a 2014 S P85. I'm losing on average 26 miles parked. Summon not turned on. My car came with Beta Autopilot and Summin features. Never turned on, not even once. While testing I didn't open the Tesla app once. Car has only 74,000 miles. I think this...

    Home charging

The 24 volts being display won't let me increase, only decrease.
  20. P

    Home charging

Yup, got all that. Voltmeter reading 240 on end of 15 ft extension cable, as well as the adapter to the Tesla charger
  21. P

    Home charging

Display showing 24 amp, with 234 volts. How do you distinguish gen 1 and gen 2 Tesla Mobile connectors?
  22. P

    Home charging

Had a new Nema 14-50 outlet installed. The Tesla S is only showing 16mile charge per hour. Is this normal? Thank you.

Just pull up on it? Pull up with my hands? I can't even get a finger under the panel. Sorry if sounding like and idiot, but do afraid gonna remove wrong thing or break something then have to have Tesla repair it at their VERY VERY high costs.

Derby, Are these generic clips or Tesla only, and do I need a tool to remove? Or a screwdriver or narrow putty knife. Help. Thx

    Panel removal and repair

My 2014 Model S P85 has a panel inside that needs to be leather repaired. Looks as if it would just pop off, but that isn't the case. Didn't want to put too much outward pressure on it and damage something. Here's the pic of item in question. As you can see the bottom pointed portion , leather...
