It's a plastic plate rattling against the metal back of the seat. Unlatch the seat, there should be a hole where the latch goes in, stick your fingers in and down. You should be able to feel the plastic piece and make it rattle. It's quite large. Secure it some how. I used some electrical tape.

WTF - your TPMS didn't fire immediately? TMPS sensor is ususally also attached to the valve stem, guess not in the tesla?

Going to atttempt to make a video in the morning, but have this annoying rattle what sounds to be coming from the passenger side rear while going over rough roads/bumps. Sounds quite springy. Anyone experience anything similar? Cannot figure out for the life of me where it's coming from...

Did you ever root cause this? mine is making similar noise 2021 M3P. It's intermittent and happens while going over bumps.

After numerous phonecalls/texts/emails issue appears to be resolved, my loan was with Bank of America, and BoA was having some back end technical issue that was preventing my account from closing. Very helpful dude at the Deadham Tesla delivery center took care of it for me.

I didn't want to take a hit on my credit score for late payment :( .. bank also said that I'm still responsible for the loan even though I traded in the car.

There's like 5 or 6 Xpel places around here, they all have the typical exotics on their pages etc.. Craft Detailing was really the only ones that had tesla specific stuff up, so that made me feel a bit comfortable and the folks I spoke to seem to know their way around it. I'm quite nervous about it.

If you really want to mask it, I bet some good ole tesla mudflaps will cover that right up.

I would not get hung up on those defects, I doubt they are noticable from a 6ft view. You can probably wetsand it down to make it less noticable. or throw some PPF over it to mask it. You can probably mitigate it with a good polishing compound as well. I bet that damage will occur over time...

I was able to submit the payment today - I had to call Tesla HQ, Tesla Deadham, My SA, Tesla Finance - then some dude from Tesla Deadham called me back and told me that he was able to fix this, and something had to be manually fixed. I'm not sure why it was so difficult.
