Mine seems to take 3 -5 min to connect now with the updated app, no matter if the car is only on LTE or connected to my wifi.

The latest Android version is still not available for my Samsung S20 Ultra on Play Store. I guess they are still working out bugs/testing the app.

I haven't been able to update to V 4. On the Android Plays Store only shows version 3.10.14-474 version as available for download. So deleting and reinstalling wouldn't help.

On my MYLR I can push the left steering wheel button to turn off audio. I can exit the vehicle, then later when I get in, the sound is still off.

I suspect my order from June 14th is lost too. The tracking indicates only shipping information was received-no package. I have emailed them.

Did mobile service charge you?

I've reformatted the drive (in the car) and it appears to be working now! I tested it from the side and it activated sentry mode, showing Sentry Mode Recording on the screen. Later, i tried again with the front, back, and other side. All worked and the drive had all the video.

I updated to 18.10 last night and activated sentry mode for 11 hours today at my work parking lot this morning. It's a busy lot and I would expect many triggers. However, there were no sentry alerts or sentry clips on the drive when I returned to the car this evening. I'll try reformatting...

The same think happened to me. I scheduled the first date and time available on the schedule. Then I called the SC number (not my SA) and asked if there were any earlier appointments and was able to move it up a few days :)

Maybe not exactly a step backwards. Perhaps they now have enough data now to indicate an unacceptable performance issue with radar (e.g., rain, radio frequency interference) and going to vision would improve reliability? Maybe a less precise method, but more reliable.
