for the record, my FSD was reenabled last night with the software update. And I've been driving "unsafe" from safety score standards since my suspension (driving the car like it's meant to be driven).

Same here. 10.5, no update in sight. I want to just opt out of FSD, but the $10k line item in my bank statement won't let me. There needs to be some communication and 10.8.1 is supposed to be pushed out and remove strikes.

now that you're opted out, are you able to opt back in and start the safety score process again?

I see on twitter reports of 10.8.1 being installed, still nothing for me, still on 10.5. I emailed the FSD Beta email a week ago, but never heard anything back.

So as of Today I'm still on 2021.36.8.8/10.5 and haven't received the holiday update or any other update.

Yeah the rapid deceleration/phantom braking events are dangerous, and really need to be addressed.. but couldn't you have just turned AP off? If you're not in AP or TACC, then it won't brake for you.

This my take, losing FSD made the car fun again. But I still paid 10k out of pocket for it.

Absolutely, you have to be careful, especially around the time of the storm. They are really good about maintaining the roads after the storm has passed though, especially due to to all of the traffic coming in to ski.

it’s not unless you try to hit the free chargers, in ca you can use it at rest stops to charge for free, but the best benefit currently is being able to use EA chargers if a tesla charger is full, or you won’t make it. that said the CCS adapter is coming out and will be much more useful

i reset last friday, then drove 104 miles the same day with a 100 score, have done a few small drives since then, f ew miles here and there, but no email or update yet.

After 2 weeks of email, I went to my credit card and did a charge back. Tesla never responded to the charge back so they made the charge back final. Tesla emailed me 2 weeks after the charge back to ask if I wanted a return label. I just ignored it.
