Unfortunately, I don't think there is anything we owners can do to fix it. Try calling the service center and see if they can do anything remotely before your appointment.

Update: After taking the car to the service center, they said that the camera outage was due to a firmware issue. They reloaded all firmware and everything works again. I didn't try the "Hard Reboot", I'll keep that in mind in case it happens again.

I've been using Optiwatt for capturing charging information. It's free and just captures charging times. Can also schedule charging. It is quite basic versus the other apps mentioned. Web and IOS versions, maybe an android too.

It's all in the finger swipe. Move icon to the last position with the middle finger, then use your index finger to swipe left to right across so your fingers are touching again, and then release. It took me a few tries to get it right.

I got the Tailwind too. Had a problem with the sensor, reported it to tailwind support and they sent me a replacement promptly. It is working great now. I love the fact that I can check to see if I remembered to close my garage door LOL.

The first soft date I received from my SA was Aug 15th that was in late July. I called a few days after the 15th when no VIN arrived, and he said it was Aug 27th. I received my VIN on Aug 30.
