@thewhitewolf I recommend reaching out to Tesla chat (if you ordered online) and ask who your SA is if you don't already know. If you ordered from a SC, they should be able to tell you who your SA is

Yeah I find whenever I call my SC directly, it goes to VM. If I call the 1-855-TESLA number, it gets someone to answer there but they usually aren't super helpful.

@digitalboi I have the same concern as you. Looking at the tracker there have been some July CA deliveries but nothing else. Until deliveries start happening elsewhere, I’m sceptical about my EDD being anything different than September and the VIN being another placeholder. With that being said...

Pinged online support for any inclination on what’s up with having a VIN but September EDD. Was able to confirm car was built but has not yet left the factory. A better EDD estimate will be provided once it has left the factory, but still some uncertainty as to when that will happen…
