We have both a Y and an S, and honestly...I like driving the Y better. It's just easier to get in and out. The suspension argument is not going to work. :)

Unfortunately you don't get customer service with a Tesla...pretty much they give you everything you need to learn about the car prior to the delivery. They provide you the videos and car manual via PDFs/Videos and that's pretty much it.

224417 BTW, I didn't order online. I went into a physical location (costa mesa) and talked to an SA. We had a scheduled test drive and we ordered it right after. He placed the order there and kept in contact with us the entire time, all the way through the delivery day.

Yeah I just saw that too, I had locked it in on the original price before this...and my SA said I was good with the old price!
