Capricious lane changes have been my single biggest complaint. I really hope they've sorted that out, or that we get an option to check in autopilot setup that says- "no unnecessary lane changes"

I'm generally a lurker but after this update I've got to post that I see a lot of improvement with FSDb! There are so many variables- is it location? The weather? Sun angle? Are people more inclined to write when FSD doesn't work properly? How many people are disinclined to write but only...

...and as far as I can tell, once you're in the beta program you can use FSD as much or as little as you like. I go through spells where I try to use it constantly to times when I just enjoy driving my own self.

Mine does this, but not randomly. It picks the same spots to slow down every day on the streets in our neighborhood. No obstacles, no turn, it just slows down. Makes my son queasy and my wife won't let me use FSD anymore if she's in the car.

Android users- I just downloaded version 4.2.2-737 from the APK site thinking we might see some live security capabilities but no dice.

Great preliminary test! I went to the local grocery store and only made a couple corrections- FSD worked well. I tried perpendicular parking in an area away from other cars and it was FLAWLESS!

I turned off FCW, AEB, and Sentry mode. No unexpected braking so far, but I've only gone 5 miles in a suburban setting. Here's hoping an update arrives soon.

I keep checking teslafi too. Since I still have beta 10.3 on my car and since it's working by turning off Sentry mode, I'm using it, but hoping for the update nonetheless.

My understanding is that if you have Sentry mode automatically turned off at home, you have to leave your car at home for approximately 1/2 hour. THEN you can completely turn off Sentry mode and FSD will work. I just drove to work using FSD 10.3, no problems! That was my 2nd drive today.

I saw a link to this tweet on Reddit just now. Warning- I haven't tried it! But it sounds plausible. I still have 36.5.2 so I'm going to try it tomorrow. Basically you disable security mode and the bug seemingly disappears!
