Less than an hour, maybe 40 min. They give you clip board and pen to sign a bunch of papers, you look over the car, insurance took 15 min, they put on the plates and off you go! They’re super helpful and it was not a busy day. Just me and a few other customers picking up at that time.

Be prepared for lots of fluctuation with the EDD. If I were you, I would just not look at that page at all and wait to get an email. Expect several months. It’s brutal right now

I feel super lucky. They can definitely see lots that we can’t see. I basically said multiple times that I’ll just buy a used 2021 from a dealership, and that lit a fire under them. I’m assuming this car (as it’s already on its way from the factory to Surrey) was a cancelled order.

I complained to my SA and an hour later they found me a red M3 SR+ on its way from factory to Surrey, which I accepted. Pretty stoked!

That's funny because I just called Tesla sales in West Vancouver and she just said "it says 9-13 weeks, so it will be that length of time since you ordered in May 11" ... not reassuring :( but I know that the EDD changes all the time and people who ordered in early May are receiving their cars...

I'll definitely let you (and everyone here) know as soon as I know what's going on with my delivery. The EDD has changed many times and probably will change a few more times before I actually get delivery.

Yeah, the desperation is real for me! lol. I sold my 2019 e-Golf and am driving my husband's 1999 lifted 4Runner. Talk about a lifestyle change. I let the deposit go on the M3 SR+ at the auto mall, I really want a new one, the wait is killing me. And I'll be so annoyed if the SA's are wrong.

My dates, previously for early June, did the exact same change. However, when I called Tesla to ask if I should just buy a used one, they assured me that this is "worst case scenario" and it is "very likely" I will receive the car (White on black M3 SR+) by the end of June. I ordered May 11, 2021
