Agreed.. and I didn’t make any changes to my order .. it was placed in April and still this situation

Traditionally, msrp is locked once you order it.. if I order a custom one.. I don’t pay for the increase in msrp.. besides Tesla is not being transparent.. one advisor said “we have new cars but to get you the match you have to pay the extra since the msrp went up since you ordered yours.”...

So I just spoke with the advisor .. she said it definitely looks like September. It’s extremely frustrating.. and they apparently have cars they can “match” but if I go for that I will have to pay the extra since MY prices went up! Seriously!

Changed to September again !

I did already and it’s back to June 16-30 .. not showing September anymore

From what I know, any updates to the configuration pushes you back .. by how much and if that’s true for wheels too, I don’t know. Don’t want to speculate either. My date is still September (started with April at some point)

So, another advisor just said it could very well be September.. not sure what’s going on really !

I just spoke with the advisor .. he said “don’t trust the website estimates” … they are off.. I don’t know. I am keeping my fingers crossed … I don’t want to say this but I don’t want to go back to a bimmer :-/

Thanks guys !! Planning to talk to the Advisor today too. I am in southern CA and seeing a bunch of new Ys around now. I expected it to be June end as well, but the full quarter jump is disappointing. :-|

Thanks Peelz! I really want it .. but don’t want to end up without a car either :) .. would you be comfortable sharing your dates? Also I am leasing (it’s okay to lease :)) … do you think that’s making an impact on my delivery?

Why would you still call leasing a mistake?

Ordered (reserved) March / (completed profile) April , ETA started with March, then June and this morning moved to September. Is this for real? Anyone else going through this? Have to take a call since my other car lease is over in July!
