You have to wait for the plates. You need the assigned plate number and signatures of the registered owners.

I mailed my application 12/7. My check was cashed today. This is the worst case scenario.

After submitting the DMV docs, 4 weeks for plates and 5 weeks for title. With home delivery, you are instructed to drop off the signed documents at FedEx. I physically dropped mine off at my Local Service Center.

I would not go through any automatic carwash, especially those with brushes. If you are in a pinch, go touchless however they use harsh chemicals to strip the surface grime.

I called my SA at Buena Park and she said that they are only doing home deliveries at this time. The EoQ rush is close. I think they are saving space for those that live far from the service center.

Mine is tomorrow. Home delivery though. May we both get flawless vehicles.

On the documentation, my order date moved from 5/22 to 8/30. My SA said that I go back into the queue with any vehicle changes. Perhaps it’s EOQ timing but I want to believe that my previous May OD somehow prioritize my MYP order.

Unfortunately this is the trend. This is a summary of a cross post from the CA waiting room. I wanted the MYP from the very beginning but convinced myself to get a MYLR. I switched my May order and got a VIN three hours later.

I did this but not for the reason of getting it sooner. I wanted the MYP in the beginning but convinced myself to get the MYLR. I test drove both trims again over the weekend and just fell in love with the MYP. I switched my May order yesterday and got a 264xxx VIN three hours later.

My original OD for MYLR was 5/22. My SA put in the change request this morning. The MYP change appeared in my account at 3pm and I got an email at 6pm to make the final payment.

That’s certainly true because I did upgrade to inductions. However, the price difference is a wash now because of the price bumps since May.

My May MYLR is probably a month away. I test drove a MYP today and it’s amazing. I want to change my order and take the $2k price adjustment hit. Anyone change their mind last minute like I’m contemplating on doing? I’m not in a hurry for delivery.

Buena Park delivered 8 MYLR today. They told me these are May orders.

Reached the 100 day club with no VIN. October EDD too

I hope the delay is not true however as of today I'm in the October camp. Also, I'm approaching the 100 day club.

Day 96 no VIN

I entered my EDD start range on 8/20. Today EDD pushed further to 9/10-9/30. It’s looking like an end of the quarter delivery for my MYLR 5/22 Buena Park order.

SoCal Buena Park 5/22 MYLR order EDD now pushed back from 8/20 to 9/10-9/30. Previously, my EDD was consistently 3rd week of Aug. Today was the first time it showed Sept. The end of the quarter is now likely for delivery.

I'm a 5/22 White MYLR from Buena Park. EDD is 8/21-9/10. I passed by last weekend and there were a bunch of new M3s. I'm hoping the MYs start arriving by the end of this month.
